Amy and Harrison’s Beautiful Late Summer Wedding in Rayleigh and Stock Brook Manor

Some wedding days unfold with a natural flow that feels effortless from start to finish. Amy and Harrison’s September wedding was exactly that. Warm sunshine, relaxed laughter, emotional moments and two stunning Essex locations that made the day feel truly special. This was one of those weddings that remind you why these stories are worth capturing. Every part of the day had meaning, family energy and a real sense of joy.

AMY

A Perfect Start in Rayleigh

The day began at Amy’s parents home in Rayleigh. The house was filled with the lovely calm that only comes from being surrounded by family. There was a gentle buzz in the air as bridesmaids organised dresses and bouquets, and relatives drifted in and out of rooms sharing smiles and checking on the bride to be.

Amy looked incredible and the morning light coming through the windows made the bridal prep footage feel warm and intimate. Laughter filled the rooms, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a joy to film. You could see just how loved she is by the people around her.

HARRISON

The Groomsmen at The Half Moon

While the girls got ready at home, Harrison and his groomsmen met at The Half Moon pub in Rayleigh for a pre ceremony drink. It was the perfect spot to settle the nerves, catch up, and enjoy a moment together before the day really got going. These moments are always some of the most natural to capture. Real conversations, real reactions and a bit of lively banter before heading to the church.

A Stunning Church Ceremony at Trinity Church

The ceremony took place at Trinity Church in Rayleigh which looked beautiful in the September sunshine. Amy arrived in a vintage wedding car which instantly set the tone for a classic and elegant entrance.

The ceremony was full of emotion. You could feel the connection between Amy and Harrison as they exchanged their vows. Afterwards they stepped out to one of the best confetti moments of the year. Guests filled the church steps with colour and excitement as the couple made their way through a shower of confetti and cheers.

From there everyone travelled to the stunning Stock Brook Manor for the reception and evening celebrations. It is one of Essex’s most impressive venues, set within beautiful landscaped grounds and surrounded by countryside views. The sunshine stayed with us which made the lawns and terrace vibrant and full of life. Family photos were relaxed and natural, children played, guests chatted and the atmosphere was brilliant.

Golden Hour with the Couple

As the evening approached we took Amy and Harrison out into the grounds for golden hour. The lighting was perfect, soft and warm and full of that rich September glow. The couple were completely at ease, allowing us to capture natural and cinematic moments that truly reflected how happy they were. These are the moments that make a wedding film stand out, real, unposed and full of connection.

The Perfect End to the Day

The evening continued with the cake cut, speeches and their first dance surrounded by the people who matter most to them. It had the perfect blend of emotion, energy and celebration. A day that felt full of heart from beginning to end.

Thank you again to Amy and Harrison for letting me be part of your day. It was an honour to film and a pleasure to edit. Their wedding is a beautiful reminder of what a real wedding day feels like, full of family, friendship, sunshine and love.
